Storytelling Live!
Recommended for grades K-4 • 1 hour
Get ready to rehearse and perform in your very own play—in only one hour! First, you’ll take on the character of an animal (like a cat, a dog, or a pig). Then we’ll rehearse to get ready for your performance of a classic fairy tale! Parents are invited back 10 minutes before the workshop concludes to see their kids perform. (A multi-session Creative Drama workshop is also available.)
Pop-Up Storybook (One-Day Version)
Recommended for grades K-4 • 1-2 hours
Use your whole body to express yourself onstage! We’ll focus on ways you can use your face, arms, legs, head, and all the rest of your parts to portray a character. Then we’ll create human pop-up storybooks, where you get to become a character in a story! (A multi-session version of this workshop is also available.)
Intro to Improvisation

In just two hours, you can learn the basics of performing Comedy Improv, just like on TV! You'll practice your Collaboration, Storytelling, and Goal-Setting skills. Acting Like a Professional
Recommended for grades 4-8 • 1-2 hours
Ever wonder how professional actors do their work? They make it look so easy! Well, one hour can’t turn you into a professional actor, but through this workshop, you can learn the basic skills used by good actors around the world. We’ll practice Objectives, Tactics, and Given Circumstances in this action-packed, hands-on class. (A multi-session Acting: The Next Step workshop is also available.)
Girls vs. Boys: The Game Show
Recommended for grades 3-8 • 30 minutes
Looking for something a little zany? Try this live “game show,” modeled
after several popular reality TV programs, and we'll turn your kids into contestants! The girls compete against the
boys in games like Top Monkey, the Garbage Can Dump ... and the craziest
relay race you’ve ever seen. Kids and adults will both be entertained by the
wacky competition! Note: Student contestants will get messy.
