Troubleshooting Tips
If your computer has a problem loading the photos or video
(You might see a blank screen or an error message) ...
- Did you give the file enough time to load? The photo galleries are large files (up to several megabytes each), and the videos are even bigger! Videos are not recommended for dial-up connections. Even if you have broadband, it may take up a minute or so for your content to be ready for viewing.
- Depending on your web browser's security settings, you may see a warning about running an "ActiveX Control" when you link to a gallery page. Be sure to tell your computer it's okay to run the control.
- If you find yourself on a blank page and can't see the images (photos or videos), you may not have Adobe Flash Player 9 installed on your computer. You can download it free from the Adobe website.

If your computer loads the first image in a gallery, but you can't see the others ...
- For some of the photo galleries, there is a "controller"—a small round, blue object on the screen—located in the bottom right corner of each image. Use the arrows inside the controller to move between pictures.
